解螺内酯协同对顽固性高血压的治疗效果观察

Solution of spironolactone observation on the treatment of refractory hypertension effect

目的探究分析螺内酯协同对顽固性高血压患者进行治疗的临床效果。方法选取我院2012年10月—2013年10月接收治疗的142例顽固性高血压患者作为研究对象,按照患者入院尾号的偶数将其分为72例治疗组和70例对照组,对照组患者给予常规治疗,主要包括服用抗高血压药物、改善生活方式等;治疗组患者在对照组患者常规治疗的基础上采用螺内酯治疗。结果治疗组患者的治疗总有效率为97.2%,对照组患者的治疗有效率为77.1%,两组患者的治疗有效率对比(P<0.05);治疗组患者的收缩压、舒张压下降情况明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论治疗顽固性高血压患者在采取常规治疗措施的基础上给予螺内酯治疗,能够有效降低患者血压,提高治疗有效率,增强治疗效果,适宜临床应用推广。

Objective Analysis of cooperative clinical effects of treatment of patients with refractory hypertension of spironolactone on objective. Methods In our hospital in 2012 October ~2013 year in October received treatment for 142 cases with intractable hypertension patients as the research object, according to patients admitted with tail number even will be divided into 72 cases of treatment group and 70 cases in the control group, the control group were given routine treatment, including the use of antihyper-tensive drugs, to improve the way of life; the treatment group treated with spironolactone treatment in the control group based on conventional therapy patients. Results In the treatment of patients in treatment group the total effective rate was 97.2%, the effec-tive rate was 77.1%in patients in the treatment group, the effective rate of treatment group two patients with contrast （P〈0.05）; the treatment group patients with systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure decreased significantly lower than the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Treatment with spironolactone therapy based on routine treatment measures taken on patients with refractory hypertension, can effectively reduce the blood pressure, improve the treatment efficiency, enhance the therapeutic effect, suitable for clinical application.
