摘要
目的探索基因TCF7L2rs11196218与中国汉族妇女妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)的关系。方法依据美国糖尿病学会2004年颁布的GDM标准进行诊断,将2009年6月—2012年6月收取的289例患者排除糖耐量异常以及I型糖尿病、胰腺炎及胰腺手术者,随机分为对照组145例,病例组144例。且经rs11196218的单核苷酸多态性(SNPs),对等位基因在二组间频率分布进行统计学处理。结果发现两组之间对照组剖腹产69(47.9%),非剖腹产75(52.1%),病例组剖腹产94(66.7%),非剖腹产47(33.3%),病例组剖腹产比率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义。且两组间rs11196218位点基因的基因频率AA、GG、GA,对照组分别为5(3.5%)、86(59.7%)、53(36.8%),病例组分别为9(6.3%)、77(53.5%)、58(40.2%),差异不明显,无统计学意义。而两组间等位基因A及G分布频率分别为对照组31.5(21.9%)、112.5(78.1%),病例组38(26.4%)、106(73.6%),差异无显著统计学意义。结论未发现rs11196218与中国汉人GDM发病相关联。高龄和双胎妊娠是中国汉人妇女GDM的发病因素,合并GDM患者剖腹产率升高。
Objective Exploration of gestational diabetes gene TCF7L2rsl 1196218 and China women of Han (GDM) relationship. Methods On the basis of diagnosis American Diabetes Association issued in 2004 by the GDM standard, will be charged 289 pa- tients excluded IGT and type I diabetes, pancreatitis and pancreatic operation, were randomly divided into control group of 145 cases, 144 cases.And the single nueleotide polymorphism of rs11196218 (SNPs), allele frequency distribution in the two groups were statistically. Results Found between the 2 groups control group, caesarean section 69 (47.9%), noncaesarean section 75 (52.1%) cases of caesarean section, 94(66.7%), non caesarean section 47(33.3%) cases, the rate of cesarean section was higher than the con- trol group, with significant difference. And the gene frequency of AA, GG, GA between the two groups of rsll196218 genes, the control group were 5 (3.5%), 86(59.7%), 53(36.8%),the case group were 9 (6.3%), 77 (53.5%), 58 (40.2%), the difference was not significant, no statistical significance. And between the two groups of A and G allele distributionfrequencies were 31.5 in the con- trol group 21.9%,112.5 (78.1%), 38 (26.4%) cases, 106(73.6%), no significant difference statistically significant. Conclusion No rsl 1196218 is associated with the pathogenesis of GDM China Han found. The elderly and twin pregnancy were factors in China Han women in GDM patients with GDM, increased cesarean section rate.
