米索前列醇片在产后出血方面的临床使用

Clinical use of Misoprostol tablets in treatment of Postpartum hemorrhage

目的研究米索前列醇片治疗产后出血的作用疗效。方法选择2013年2月—2014年2月该院收治的80例产后出血患者,患者均为自然产产后出血,随机将所有患者均等的分为两组,对照组患者注射催产素20 U,观察组40例在对照组的基础上于患者直肠给药米索前列醇片1片,观察出血量及不良反应对比两种治疗方法的治疗效果。结果观察组产后2 h(202.45±18.34)m L、24 h(334.65±12.89)m L少于对照组2 h(242.14±14.78)m L、24 h(382.58±29.76)m L出血量,比较差异均显著,具有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组无明显不良反应,观察组不良反应例数总34例,不良反应率42.5%。结论产后出血孕妇直肠置入米索前列醇片后会引起不良反应,但是用于治疗产后出血效果显著,值得在临床上推广。
