摘要
运用问卷调查方法 ,调研全省疾控机构岗位设置情况。根据所收集的有关全省疾控机构岗位设置的现状资料,分析预测未来3年全省疾控机构专业技术人员的拥有量、累计需求量和需要量,计算差异性比例。根据调研情况和计算结果,发现全省疾控系统岗位设置存在高级岗位严重不足,岗位考核体系不健全,没有形成竞争机制等问题,追溯原因,对于存在的问题提出可行性建议。
Research the post-setting status of the CDCs in the whole province by using questionnaire investigation. Forecast the ownership, cumulative demands and requirements and calculate the difference ratio of professional person in the next three years of the CDCs in the whole province according to the collected information of the post-setting status. On the basis of research results, it'll got the results that there are some certain problems in serious shortage of senior jobs, not sound the system of post evaluation and not form a competition mechanism. Put forward some feasible suggestions of the existing problems by tracing their reasons.
