煤矿高压水力压裂增透技术研究及应用

摘要 为解决高瓦斯矿井低透气性煤层瓦斯抽采难度大的问题,以陶一煤矿12706工作面为研究背景,实施了高压水力压裂试验,通过分析试验前后水力压裂孔瓦斯抽放量的变化及水力压裂的影响范围,确定了注水工艺及钻孔参数等,并将试验结果在该工作面进行了推广应用,回采期间上隅角和回风流瓦斯浓度没有超标,保证了工作面的安全生产。 In order to solve low permeability of gas mine coal seam difficuh gas extraction problem, 12706 working face of Taoyi Mine was taken as the study background, high pressure hydraulic fracturing test was conducted, through the analysis of test before and after the hydraulic pressure in gas drainage volume change and the influence of hydraulic fracturing, water injection technology and drilling parameters, etc. were settled, experimental result was widely applied in the working face, during mining and return in upper corner gas concentration was not out of limits, which ensured the safety production of working face.
