首采工作面回风巷支护技术研究

摘要 依据七一新发煤业五采区3号煤首采工作面回风巷赋存的地质条件,在实践经验和理论计算的基础上,合理选取了锚杆和锚索等的支护参数,并规范锚杆锚索的安装工艺,有效地控制了围岩变形,巷道两帮移近量约0.2 m,顶底板移近量约为0.18 m,提高了巷道围岩自身的承载能力和稳定性,加大了巷道在其服务年限内的稳定性,为类似情况工作面提供技术经验借鉴。 Based on Qiyi Xinfa Mining Industry No. 5 mining area, No. 3 coal seam initial working face return air roadway occurrence geological conditions, on the basis of practical experience and theoretical calculation, anchor rod and anchor rope support parameters were settled reasonably, the installation technology of bolt anchor cable was settled, which effectively controlled the deformation of surrounding rock, roadway two rib near quantity was about 0.2 m, roof-to-floor convergence quantity was 0.18 m, the technology improved the bearing capacity and stability of the roadway surrounding rock itself, increased the stability of roadway in its service period, which provided technical experience and reference for similar working face.
