从课题研究的起源和背景入手,分析煤矿工业废弃地产生的原因和对其更新利用的必要性。联系国内外研究概况,指出国外研究对我国的借鉴意义及我国研究的不足。从物质环境更新、经济更新、文化更新、社会更新4个方面研究工业废弃地更新利用的内容和方法。最后对煤矿工业废弃地的更新利用提出策略和建议,为相关实践工作提供参考。

From the origin and background of research, the causes of coal industrial wasteland and the update using the necessity were analyzed. With general research situation at home and abroad, our country＇s significance in the study from abroad and the shortage of the research in our country were pointed out. Updated using the content and method of industrial wasteland was studied from physical environment update, economic update, cultural regeneration update, social update. The utilization of coal mine industrial wasteland strategy and recommendations were put forward, which provided reference for relative works.
