上海市某区管道分质供水卫生现状及监管对策 被引量:1

摘要 目的了解上海市浦东新区管道分质供水的卫生现状,为进一步开展有效监管提出相关对策。方法采用统一的调查表,对辖区内27个管道分质供水居民住宅小区进行调查。于2012-2013年采集27个管道分质供水小区的设备出水、居民用户水并进行水质检验。结果 27个管道分质供水小区中净水机房面积≤35m2的占96%;均采用纳滤膜处理工艺;27个小区均开展水质自检,自检频率为每周1次或每月1次;设备出水合格率显著高于居民用户水(P〈0.01)。结论机房面积偏小不利于功能区分区,设施设备清洗维护无相关卫生规范;居民用户水比设备出水合格率低。 Objective In order to check the hygienic situation of the pipe dual water supply and put forward countermeasures for further effective supervision in Pudong New Area, Shanghai. Method Conducted standard survey to investigate the facilities and management of 27 residential quarters those have implemented the pipe dual water supply. Sampled and tested the quality of the product water and in-house terminal water from these residential quarters between 2012 and 2013. Result]the area of water purification equipment room of 96% of the residential quarters is smaller than 35m^2,all 27 residential quarters used nanofihration membrane.All 27 residential quarters conducted self water quality monitoring once per week or once per month. The bacterial amount in-house terminal water exceeded product water. Conclusion The sizes of rooms that store the equipment are too small, which have negative impact of functional area partition. There is no standard rules for the routine maintenance of facilities, equipment and filer material. In-house terminal water has lower qualified rate than product water.
