Corail股骨柄在初次全髋关节置换术中期疗效评估 被引量:1

摘要 在全髋关节置换术中,生物型股骨柄假体种类众多。羟基磷灰石(Hydroxyapatite ,HA )作为生物型假体涂层已有20余年的历史。有研究表明,由于HA具有诱导成骨的作用和良好的生物相容性,对全髋关节置换术后疗效及假体使用寿命有着重要意义[1]。本文回顾性分析2005年6月至20011年6月我院采用强生公司生产的具有 HA 涂层 Corail股骨柄假体用于191例全髋关节置换病例,对其进行随访,以探讨Corail股骨柄假体在初次全髋关节置换术中的中期临床疗效。
