摘要 针对地质灾害气象风险预报(警)产品发布需要,提出面向服务的预报(警)产品发布流程,设计基于SOA架构的系统体系结构和预警产品时空数据库。结合数字城市地理空间框架和ArcGIS技术体系,实现产品规范化、服务发布、服务集成等关键技术。通过典型应用案例的构建和实际应用表明,本研究提出的建设方案能有效地提高产品发布精度、发布时效和覆盖面。 Based on the forecast and early warning products distributing requirements of the geological hazards induced by meteorological risk, this paper put forward a service-oriented distribution flow for forecast products, and designed the system architecture based on SOA architecture and spatio-temporal database of early warning products. Combined the technology of digital city geo-spatial framework and ArcGIS system to implement product standardization, service distribution,service integration and other key technologies. The construction of a typical application cases and the actual application show that this construction solutions can effectively improve precision ,time-sensitive and coverage of the products distributing.
