融资租赁运用于铁路企业实践,顺应了铁路投融资体制改革的迫切需求,并将有效缓解铁路发展面临的资金困境。从我国铁路实施多元化融资的迫切性入手,概述了融资租赁及国内外运用现状,分析了铁路运输企业融资租赁应用的可行性及经济性,对铁路企业融资租赁应用存在的问题进行了分析并提出了相关保障建议。

Applying finance lease to railway transport enterprise, not only fits the urgent needs in the reform of railway investment and financing system, but also relieves funding pressure. This article analyzes the urgency of railway diversified financing, the status at home and abroad, and the feasibility of the application. At the same time, security measures and suggestions aiming at solving the problems in the application are proposed.
