测井天线玻璃钢壳体成型研究

摘要 研究了大深度测井天线玻璃钢壳体的材料及成型工艺,研制的天线筒体经气密性试验,承受0.35MPa(50Psi)气体内压无渗漏。模拟井下环境试验,天线筒体在温度175℃、压力140 MPa(管壁最大压差400Psi),筒体内部充硅油的工况下保持1小时,无破坏、无渗漏、无渗透,金属件之间绝缘电阻大于200 MΩ。制作的天线筒体完全满足使用要求。 Materials and molding technology of glass fiber reinforced plastic shell for large depth logging antenna were studied.Antenna cylinder developed could endure 0. 35 MPa( 50Psi) gas pressure without leakage after air-tight test. During downhole environment simulation test,the antenna cylinder has no damage,no leakage,insulation resistance between metal parts was more than 200 MΩ after the test was kept for 1 hour at temperature of 175 ℃,pressure of 140MPa( 400Psi) and the cylinder filled with silicone oil. Antenna cylinder produced fully meet the requirements.
