摘要
通过在聚氨酯硬泡中加入膨胀土、有机磷、石墨三种阻燃剂,进行各单组份和三种阻燃剂协同作用对聚氨酯硬泡的阻燃性能及力学性能影响的对比实验。实验结果表明以聚醚多元醇10 g为基准,燃剂添加量为60%且重量比为膨胀土∶有机磷∶石墨=1∶1∶2时阻燃效果最佳,其压缩强度为0.129 8 MPa,氧指数达到了32,火焰等级为5 VA,各项指标均达到了应用要求。
The rigid polyurethane foam with expansive soil,organic phosphorus,graphite three flame retardant,comparative experiments were conducted on various single and three kinds of flame retardant synergistic flame retardant properties and mechanical properties of rigid polyurethane foam,the experimental results show that with 10 g polyether polyols as a benchmark,when the flame retardants dosage was 60% and the ratio of expansive soil: organic phosphorus: graphite = 1 ∶ 1 ∶ 2,flame retardant effect is best,the compression strength is 0. 129 8 MPa,and oxygen index reached 32,the flame grade is 5VA,all indexes meet the application requirements.
