摘要
发展更高效率热机的关键在于提高工作温度,而提高工作温度之关键又取决于更高工作温度材料的研制。镍、钴基高温合金已发展到接近其使用温度的极限,因此要进一步提高发动机的效率,就必须研制和发展陶瓷基复合材料。根据工程陶瓷基复合材料的功用类别和性能特点,分析了陶瓷基复合材料的主要用途及应用领域,研究了连续纤维补强陶瓷基复合材料,同时指出了陶瓷基复合材料的应用前景和趋势。
The development of the higher efficiency of heat engine is the key to improve the work- ing temperature, and the key to improve the working temperature of depends on the development of the higher working temperature material. Nickel and cobalt base superalloy has been close to the limit of its temperature, thus to further improve the efficiency of the engine, it must research and develop- ment of ceramic matrix composites. According to the function of engineering ceramic matrix compos- ite material category and performance characteristics of ceramic matrix composites are analyzed and the application field, the main purpose of continuous fiber reinforcing ceramic matrix composites are studied, at the same time points out the application prospect and trend of ceramic matrix composites.
