摘要
在自行搭建的热重分析仪上,对不同掺混比下由浑源煤、贵烟煤、淮东煤掺混得到的混煤进行了CO2气化实验,研究了不同配比混煤的气化特性。通过对比混煤固定碳转化率实验值和理论值,分析了混煤气化过程中存在的协同作用;求取了不同掺混比混煤的活化能,根据活化能随掺混比的变化规律分析了混煤的起始气化特性。
A CO2gasification experiment on blended coals composed by two coals of Hu- nyuan coal,Guizhou coal, Huaidong coal is carried out using a thermogravimetric analysis. The gasification characteristics of blended coal are studied. The synergy properties of gasifica- tion are analysised by comparing theoretical value and experiment value of transformation rate of blended coals. The ativation energy of different blended coal are calculated, analysising the initial gasification characteristics of blended coal according to calculated results.
