摘要
火力发电机组锅炉测量信号选型及安装的规范性对性能试验和日常监测的精确度具有重要的影响。总结了近年来火力发电机组节能减排工作中涉及锅炉性能监测的一些经验,论述了影响机组性能试验的压力、温度、流量等测点的选型、安装规范和提高精度的方法,使机组在性能试验和日常监测中获得较高品质的数据,为机组的进一步节能、环保工作提供坚实的基础。
As to the performance test before commercial operation and the subsequentperiodic test and the performance monitoring, the normative of the measuring points is very important to the he accuracy of preformance test and the routine monitoring in this article, itanalysis the importance of normalizing measuring points in the system of steam turbine and boilor and low-β pressure nozzle in condenser throat of steam turbine and flow-meteringdevices of feed water. By normalizing the importment measuring points and using high accuracy flow-metering devices, it can improve the accuracy of the performance test andperformance monitoring, and help energy-savingand environmental protection futther.
