摘要
分析了某电厂1 890t/h超临界机组锅炉受热面的典型缺陷,针对相关缺陷提出了切实可行的治理办法,并在现场实践中得到了很好的应用。因此,对于有效地开展超临界锅炉"四管"泄漏防治工作以及相关缺陷的处理有很好的指导意义,从而达到提高设备可用率,同时起到了提高企业经济效益的目的。
We detaily analysed the 1890 t/h supercritical unit in one power plant boiler heat- ing surface of the typical defects, in view of the defects related to proposed the feasible meas- ures for the management of and got very good application in the field practice. Accordingly, to effectively develop supercritical boiler ＂four tube＂ leakage prevention and treatment and the processing of related defects have very good guiding significance, so as to improve equip- ment availability, and enhance economic efficiency of enterprises.
