养阴活血汤联合西药治疗糖尿病合并高血压随机平行对照研究

Nourishing Yin Decoction Combined with Western Medicine Diabetes and Hypertension Randomized Parallel Group Study

[目的]观察养阴活血汤联合西药治疗糖尿病合并高血压疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将120例住院患者按抽签法简单随机分为两组。对照组60例二甲双胍,500mg/次,3次/d,口服;硝苯地平,10mg/次,2次/d,口服。治疗组60例养阴活血汤(山萸肉、知母各12g,黄柏9g,龟板、生地黄各12g,钩藤15g,女贞子12g,赤芍药、丹参各15g,枸杞子12g,肉桂3g,山药15g,苍术、玄参、鸡内金各10g),1剂/d,水煎300m L,早晚口服;西医治疗同对照组。连续治疗28d为1疗程。观测临床症状、血糖、血压、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组临床控制43例,显效12例,有效3例,无效2例,总有效率96.67%。对照组临床控制34例,显效10例,有效4例,无效12例,总有效率80.00%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]养阴活血汤联合西药治疗糖尿病合并高血压效果显著,值得推广。

Western medicine with the control group. 28 d is a continuous course of treatment. Observation of clinical symptoms, blood glucose, blood pressure and adverse reactions. A course of treatment to determine efficacy.[Results] 43 cases were cured, 12 cases markedly effective in 3 cases, 2 cases, the total efficiency of 96.67%. Cured 34 cases in the control group, 10 cases markedly effective in 4 cases, 12 cases, the total efficiency of 80.00%. Treatment group than the control group（P〈0.05）.[Conclusion]Yin Decoction significant effect of diabetes and hypertension, it is worth promoting.
