补阳还五汤联合西药治疗脑梗塞恢复期随机平行对照研究

Buyang Huanwu Soup Recovery Combined with Western Medicine Infarction Randomized Parallel Group Study

[目的]观察补阳还五汤联合西药治疗脑梗塞恢复期疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将60例住院患者按就诊顺序号法简单随机分为两组。对照组30例常规综合治疗,保持呼吸道通畅,卧床休息,维持水电解质平衡、颅内压以及血压稳定;神经营养剂营养支持,抗生素预防并发症及感染;控制血脂、血糖及血压。治疗组30例补阳还五汤（当归尾、桃仁、地龙各10g,红花、川芎各6g,赤芍12g,黄芪30~60g;气虚加鸡血藤15g,太子参9g,党参12g;痰湿加菖蒲12g,胆南星、半夏各9g;瘀血加三七、水蛭、全蝎各9g）,1剂/d,水煎300m L,早晚口服;西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗30d为1疗程。观测临床症状、神经功能缺损评分、不良反应。治疗1疗程（30d）,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈9例,显效8例,有效11例,无效2例,总有效率93.33%。对照组痊愈4例,显效7例,有效9例,无效10例,总有效率66.67%。治疗组疗效优于对照组（P〈0.01）。[结论]补阳还五汤联合西药治疗脑梗塞恢复期效果显著,值得推广。

Treatment group of 30 patients BYHWD（Dangguiwei,Taoren,Dilong 10 g, Honghua,Chuanqiong 6g, Chishao12 g,Huangqi30~60g; qi plus Jixueteng 15 g, Taizishen 9g, Dangshen12g; phlegm plus Changpu 12 g, Dannanxing,Banxia 9g; stasis plus Sanqi,Shuizhi,Quanxie each 9g）; 1/d, decoction 300 m L, sooner or later orally. Western medicine with the control group. 30 d is a continuous course of treatment. Observing clinical symptoms of adverse reactions. Treatment of a course of treatment（30d）, to determine efficacy. [Results]The cure 9 cases, 8 cases were markedly effective in 11 cases, 2 cases, the total efficiency of 93.33%. The control group healed in 4 cases, 7 cases were markedly effective in 9 cases, 10 cases, the total efficiency of 66.67%. Treatment group than the control group（P〈0.01）. [Conclusion]Buyang Huanwu Soup Western medicine treatment of cerebral infarction combined effect is remarkable recovery, it is worth promoting.
