参松养心胶囊联合西药治疗阵发性心房纤颤随机平行对照研究

[目的]观察参松养心胶囊联合西药治疗阵发性心房纤颤疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将80例住院患者按病志号抽签法简单随机分为两组。出现胸闷、心悸和头晕等立即就医,并做心电图、血压、心率检查,定期检查肝肾功能,甲能状腺功能,3个月一次胸部X线片。对照组40例胺碘酮,0.2g/次,第一周3次/d,第二周2次/d,第三周1次/d,随后持续服用。治疗组40例参松养心胶囊,1.6g/次,3次/d;西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗6个月为1疗程。观测临床症状、心房纤颤、窦性心律、心电图、射血分数、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组显效28例,有效11例,无效1例,总有效率97.50%。对照组显效18例,有效17例,无效5例,总有效率87.50%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]参松养心胶囊联合西药治疗阵发性心房纤颤效果显著,值得推广。
