肾汤组方联合西药治疗肾病综合征随机平行对照研究

Renal Soup Formula Combined Random Parallel Control Study Western Medicine Treatment of Nephrotic Syndrome

[目的]观察肾汤组方联合西药治疗肾病综合征疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将60例门诊及住院患者按抽签法简单随机分为两组。对照组30例常规西医治疗,洛伐他丁、双氢克尿噻、洛丁新、强的松与环磷按等降脂、减少尿蛋白、利尿、免疫调节。治疗组30例肾汤组方(党参15g,生地12g,山药8g,枣皮5g,泽泻12g,二花7g,连翘5g),1剂/d,水煎300m L,1次/d;西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗6个月为1疗程。观测临床症状、尿蛋白、血浆白蛋白、血清胆固醇、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组显效16例,有效10例,无效4例,总有效率86.67%。对照组显效13例,有效6例,无效11例,总有效率63.33%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]肾汤组方联合西药治疗肾病综合征效果显著,值得推广。

[Objective] to observe the renal soup formula combined western medicine to treat nephrotic syndrome curative effect. [Methods]Using random parallel control method, 60 patients with outpatient and hospitalization is divided into two groups according to random number table method.. Control group 30 cases of conventional western medicine treatment of los, butyl, hydrochlorothiazide, los Ding Xin, prednisone and ring phosphorus by fall fat, reduce urinary protein, diuresis, immune regulation. Treatment group 30 cases of renal soup formula（Shengdi12 g,Dangshen 15 g Shanyao 8 g, Zaopi5 g, Zexie 12 g, Erhua 7g,Lianqiao 5g） forsythia, 1/d, boiling water 300 ml, 1/d; Western medicine treatment with the control group. Continuous treatment for 6 months to 1 course of treatment. Observation of clinical symptoms and adverse reactions. As a course treatment, judge curative effect. [Results]The treatment group, 16 cases had marked effect, 10 cases were effective, 4 had no effect, the total effective rate was 86.67%. Control group 13 cases were markedly effective, 6 cases effective, ineffective in 11 cases, total effective rate was 63.33%. The treatment group curative effect is better than that of control group（P〈0.05）.[Conclusion]Renal soup formula combined western medicine to treat nephrotic syndrome effect is remarkable, is worth promoting.
