绞股蓝对8-MOP∕UVA诱导小鼠皮肤光老化保护作用 被引量:3

摘要 [目的]观测绞股蓝对小鼠皮肤光老化保护作用。[方法]将昆明种小鼠60只随机分为空白组、模型组、阳性对照组(维生素E组)、绞股蓝低、中、高剂量组,10只/组。除正常对照组外,各组均每日用8-甲氧补骨脂素(8-MOP)联合UVA建立小鼠皮肤光老化模型,造模前给予皮肤分别涂抹维生素E、绞股蓝提取液,造模后24 h内取皮肤组织。观测组织谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、氧化产物过氧化氢(H2O2)、皮肤组织羟脯氨酸(HYP)。[结果]绞股蓝可提高光老化模型小鼠皮肤组织GSH-Px和CAT活性和HYP含量,降低H2O2含量。[结论]绞股蓝对皮肤光老化具有保护作用。 [Objective] To observe the protective action of Gynostemma pentaphyllum on skin photoaging in mice. [Methods] 60 Kunming mice were randomly divided into 6 groups- normal control group,model group,vitamin E group,low dose group,middle dose group and high dose group. except for the normal control group, the mice of other groups all accepted 8-MOP/UVA to establish photoaging skin model. Vitamin E and Gynostemma pentaphyllum was administered on skin before 8-MOP/UVA. The activities of glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px) and catalase(CAT),the content of hydrogen peroxide(H2O2), and the content of hydroxyproline(HYP) in the skin in all groups were tested. [Results] Gynostemma pentaphyllum could remarkably increase the activities of GSH-Px, CAT, the content of HYP and decrease the content of H2O2 in the skin tissue of photoaging mice. [Conclusion] Gynostemma pentaphyllum has protective effect on photoaging skin in mice.
