针刺联合拔罐治疗颈性眩晕25例临床观察

[目的]观察针刺联合拔罐治疗颈性眩晕疗效。[方法]使用前瞻性设计方法,对25例住院及门诊患者针刺治疗,取穴：印堂、百会、四神聪、太阳、颈夹脊穴。患者取侧卧位,穴位局部常规消毒,用直径0.25mm,长40mm华佗牌一次性针灸针,印堂、百会、四神聪、太阳穴针柄与皮肤呈15°向后进针,颈夹脊穴,垂直进针,患者有沉紧感,采用捻转法得气。1次/d,20min/次。连续治疗10d为1疗程,休息2d后继续1疗程。针刺治疗结束后在大椎穴拔罐5~10min,1次/3d,连续治疗3次为1疗程。观测临床症状、不良反应。连续治疗2个疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治愈13例,有效11例,无效1例,总有效率96.00%（24/25）,治愈率52.00%（13/25）。[结论]针刺联合拔罐疗法治疗颈性眩晕疗效显著,无严重不良反应,值得推广。

After the acupuncture treatment at the da-zhui acupuncture point add cutem 5 ~ 10 min, 1/3 d, treatment 3 consecutive 1 treatment course, continuous treatment 2 course of treatment. [Results] Cure 13 cases, 11 cases effectively, 1 had no effect, total effective rate was 96.00%（24/25）, the cure rate 52.00%（13/25）. [Conciusion] Acupuncture combined cutem therapy has a good effect in the treatment of cervical vertigo, worthy of promotion.
