摘要
[目的]观察火针治疗带状疱疹疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将64例门诊及住院患者按抛硬币法简单随机分为两组。对照组32例常规针刺:阿是穴、支沟、后溪、夹脊,消毒针刺部位,每穴位6~8针,留针30min;穴位刺激后溪、夹脊、支沟,电针方法,毫针进针,留针5min,2次/d。治疗组32例火针:仰卧位,取穴后溪、夹脊、支沟,穴位酒精消毒,火针加热消毒,针体迅速刺入疱疹中央,如疱疹无病变反应,则连刺3~5个火针;渗出的液体,酒精消毒,万花油按压疱疹周边;据针刺效果,选取疱疹病变位置,逐一针灸,10~15个/次。连续治疗7d为1疗程。观测临床症状、病变皮肤、不良反应。连续治疗2疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈26例,有效4例,无效2例,总有效率93.75%。对照组痊愈15例,有效9例,无效8例,总有效率75.09%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P〈0.05)。[结论]火针治疗带状疱疹效果显著,值得推广。

Observing clinical symptoms of adverse reactions. 2 courses of continuous treatment, to determine efficacy.[Results]The cure in 26 cases, 4 cases, 2 cases, the total effective rate was 93.75%. The control group healed in 15 cases, 9 cases, 8 cases, the total efficiency of 75.09%. Treatment group than the control group(P〈0.05).[Conclusion]Acupuncture treatment of herpes zoster lesion effect is significant, it is worth promoting.
