Study on Resources Survey of Coal in Canada

对加拿大煤矿投资并购过程中的相关资料和信息进行收集、分析和整理,依据加拿大煤炭行业现有的法律法规体系和行业标准规范,了解加拿大煤炭资源分布概况、种类和分级标准,介绍加拿大运营煤矿及开发项目情况,以及加拿大煤矿建设开发过程中需要的相关许可证和步骤,分析中国煤炭企业在加投资潜力和需要注意的问题,并为其提供参考意见。

Based on the available law and regulation system and the industrial standards and regulations of Canada coal indus- try, a collection, analysis and collation were conducted on relevant material and information from an investment and merger pro- cess of a Canadian coal mine and a distribution condition, types and grade standards of Canada coal resources were under- stood. The paper introduced the coal mines in operation and development project condition in Canada and the related license and procedure required in a construction and development process of a Canada mine. The paper analyzed the investment potential and required noted issues for China coal enterprises to make investments and provided the reference comments.
