大型煤炭企业现代物流正由传统物流向现代物流转变,财务管理作为大型煤炭企业现代物流不可缺少的管理系统,也在物流转型期间不断更新。现代物流是企业最后也是最有希望降低成本、提高利润的环节,同时也需要企业财务管理部门提供更强有力的支撑。指出了财务信息技术与大型煤炭企业现代物流业融合发展的必要性,提出了以财务信息技术推进大型煤炭企业现代物流发展的3项措施,即建立统一的物流财务信息平台、发展第三方物流企业和加强物流专门人才的培养与培训。

A modern logistics of a large coal enterprise is transiting from a traditional logistics to a modern logistics. A financial management became an indispensable management system of the modern logistics of the large coal enterprise and would be updated during the logistics transformation period. The modern logistics would be a last and most hopeful link of the enterprise to reduce the cost and improve the profit and would require a powerful support provided by a financial management department of the enterprise. The paper pointed out the necessity of the integrated development for the financial information technology and modem logistics of the large coal enterprises. The paper provided three measures with the financial information technology to promote the modern logistics development of the large coal enterprises in order to establish a unified logistics fi- nancial information platform, to develop a third party logistics enterprise and to enhance the education and training of the logis- tics special talent.
