摘要
提出一种基于图像处理的货车侧面防护装置尺寸参数快速检测系统.在收费站的匝道安装摄像系统对货车侧面防护装置进行图像采集,通过图像预处理、边缘提取、目标识别与提取,实现货车侧面防护装置和货车轮胎的识别,实现防护装置和货车车轮间距离及离地距离的快速检测,并对货车侧面防护装置尺寸是否符合国家标准进行判定.实验结果表明,该方法能实现目标边缘距离的检测,检测误差小于10mm,满足GB11567—2001《汽车和挂车侧面防护装置要求》对防护装置安装位置的要求.
A real-time system which could detect the size parameters of protective guard at the side of trucks based on image processing method was proposed. Images of the truck's side protective guard could be abtained through the camera installed in the truck toll ramp. Image pre processing, edge extraction, target recognition and character extraction were successively used to realize the identification of both the truck's side guard and tires to realize the rapid distance calculation between the protective guard and the vehicle wheel and that befween the protective guard and the ground. Based on the calculation results, it could judge whether the truck side protective guard was in accordance with the national standards. The experimental results show that this method can realize the sub pixel level image recognition with detection errors of less than 10 mm,which meets the requirements of GBl1567 2001 "Car and Trailer Side Protective Guard".
