摘要
以LabVIEW(Laboratory Virtual Instrumentation Engineering Workbench)为平台,对美国ATI(Automation Industrial)公司的Nano17六维力传感器基于UDP(User Datagram Protocol)协议的数据读取方法进行了研究.利用LabVIEW提供的UDP的打开、发送、读取等函数,在编程时给相应函数设置好所需通讯六维力传感器信号调理盒的IP地址和端口地址,即可通过发送相应指令控制传感器的数据输出速率、数量及格式,从而实现基于UDP协议的六维力传感器的数据读取.实验证明,相对于以往的串口通信方法,采用UDP方法采集数据更加高效便捷.
In LabVIEW platform, a method was studied to acquire data from the six dimension force sensor American ATI (Automation Industrial) Nanol7 based on UDP Protocol (User Datagram Protocol). Utilizing specific functions such as opening, sending, reading, setting functions provided by LahVIEW, the data acquisition from the six-dimension force sensor based on UDP protocol could be achieved. Firstly, corresponding functions mentioned above needed to get the sensor net box's IP and port address, and then correct commands were sent to control the data output rate as well as the quantity and format of the sensor. The results show that data acquisition based on UDP protocol is more efficient and convenient compared to the serial communication method.
