摘要
企业高管和企业员工在劳动合同、薪酬福利与社会保险、员工发展与民主管理和劳动争议及调处等四个维度上对劳动关系认知存在差异,这些差异主要来自各自个体特征因素、岗位特质因素和社会心理因素的影响。对劳动关系认知差异的调整关键在于如何弥补企业高管和企业员工在各自个体特征因素、岗位特质因素和社会心理因素上的差异。
Cognition difference of corporate executives and employees in 4 dimensions of the labor contract, salary welfare and social insurance, employee development and democratic management and labor dispute and mediation are mainly from their individual characteristics, job characteristics and social psychological factors. Therefore, adjusting the key cognitive differences on labor relations is how to compensate for the differences in corporate executives and employees in their individual factors, job factors and social psychological factors.
