做好工会工作,硬件建设、软件建设是必须的。但是,"心件"建设是硬件建设、软件建设所无法替代的。要靠工会干部的"用心"做人,"用心"做事。"专心"做人,"专心"干事,"用心"去赢得职工,"用心"服务职工。要靠用心服务职工的工作热情和"专心致志,以事其业"的敬业精神。工会"心件"建设,是工会干部个人内涵、修养、道德的建设;它有利于理解工会工作的出发点和落脚点;能够体现工会干部诚心诚意、全心全意为职工群众服务的作风;促使工会组织把"职工之家"建设成为广大职工的精神家园;使工会干部真正成为广大职工的"娘家人"。"心件"建设其根本目的是提高凝聚力、向心力,促使职工队伍素质整体上水平;其目标是构建企业和谐劳动关系。
