硅条形探测器条间距优化的模拟研究

摘要 由于硅条形粒子探测器目前广泛应用于高能物理、物品检测和核医学成像等方面,其形状参数对工作特性的影响也愈发引人关注。采用半导体器件的仿真软件Sentaurus TCAD模拟研究了给定探测条宽度的硅条形探测器相邻探测条的间距变量对探测器工作性能的影响,其模拟结果表明较小的间距可以减小体内电场强度和体内漏电流,有助于提高探测器的电学性能。 Since silicon strip detectors have been applied widespread in high energy physics , article detection , nuclear medical imaging and so on , the shape parameters of which for working effects is more and more concern -ing.In this paper we are major in simulating the detector performances of given widths depending upon a dis -tance variable between adjacent strips by the software Sentaurus TCAD for semiconductor devices .Hence the consequences are highlighting that a fewer electric field strength peak and a less leakage current of the detector associate to a smaller distance ( d) , which assists in improving the electrical function .
