摘要
为满足南极科考和南极天文观测对帧转移科学级CCD探测器的迫切需求,设计完成了基于STM32单片机的时钟驱动电路。首先介绍了CCD-57的帧转移时序特点,并在此基础上,实现了时序电路以及驱动电路的设计,以及设计了基于STM32单片机的用来生成时序的算法。最后介绍了实际测试的结果。测试表明在低速读出的情况,设计能很好的满足CCD的时序控制要求,利用介绍的控制方式,能灵活调整CCD的读出速度。相比同类应用下的基于FPGA的时钟驱动电路,本设计具有方便,低成本,低功耗,可靠的优势。
In order to meet the requirements of the Antarctic expedition and Antarctic astronomical observation , a clock drive circuit is designed which is based on a STM 32 to control a scientific grade CCD chip in frame transfer mode .In this paper , the time sequence of CCD -57 is introduced , and the design of drive circuit has realized , a time sequence generator based on STM 32 MCU is designed .At the end of this paper a test is given which shows that the design meets the demand of the CCD timing at low readout speed .The design has the ad-vantages of convenience , low-cost , low power consumption and reliability .
