摘要
针对一类特定的微小型药柱,研究了基于正弦图和经验信息,通过微焦点X射线获取三个角度下的X射线投影数据,求解出圆心坐标的方法;从而判断药柱内孔的分布是否偏心,若偏心,则给出偏移量。实验表明,与CT重建结果相比,该方法能够准确地得到圆心坐标,能够满足工业中要求的精度;与经验信息对比,可以判断是否偏心,以及偏移量,为下一步工作转台调整提供参数。
To solve a problem on a specific and small propellant grain , which is whether the holes'distribution is eccentric , if the answer is yes then position offset need to be given .This paper studies a method , whose aim is to compute the coordinate of the centre of holes using X -ray projection information in three angles which is got-ten by micro-focus x -ray and based on the sinusoidal line and experience information .Experiment shows that:compared with CT reconstruction result , this method can get the holes'distribution information accurately , and achieve the requirement of industry;then compared with experience information , position offset is gotten . By this way , adjustment parameters for the work table are provided .
