摘要
印制电路板的X射线瞬态辐照响应是系统电磁脉冲(SGEMP)效应主要研究内容之一。脉冲X射线辐照后,电荷的重新分布在印制电路板布线上会引起电压电流响应。建立了两种结构印制电路板瞬态辐照响应的传输线计算模型,并介绍了计算模型中电流源、电容参数的物理意义及其计算方法;该模型考虑了电子的运动规律及响应的产生机理,适用于瞬态辐照响应规律研究和工程预估,采用的方法和思想可以应用于其它复杂结构印制电路板瞬态辐照响应的模拟。最后,给出了一个计算实例。
The transient response of wires of printed circuit board , which can be generated by the interaction of X-ray with wires materials , is one of the most important research fields of system generated electromagnetic pulse ( SGEMP) effects.In the radiation environment , the transient voltage and current response is generated by charge distribution change in the materials .The transmission line model of two printed circuit boards was proposed for calculating the response .Distributed capacitance and current source and its expressions in the transmission line model were introduced .In the model , the electrons movement trill and response mechanisms were considered , and the model was used for X -ray direct responses research and engineering prediction . Though it is simple, it will used for reference for complicated printed circuit board models .As an example, the transient response of a printed circuit board was given .
