摘要
以铅冰铜为原料的加压浸出试验,考察了硫酸浓度、时间、温度、压力、磨矿时间和液固比对铅冰铜中铜、锌浸出率的影响。试验结果表明,在最佳工艺条件下,铜和锌的浸出率分别达到97.17%和95.78%,铅、锡和银绝大部分进入浸出渣,提高了矿产资源的综合利用率。
The experimental study of pressure leaching of lead matt was described in this paper .Va-rious factors affecting leaching rate of copper ,zinc were investigated ,acidity, reaction time,pres -sure,grinding time and liquid-solid ratio included .The experimental results show that under the appropriate leaching conditions ,the leaching rate of copper and zinc reach97 .17% and 95 .78%while lead ,tin and silver are mainly stayed in the leaching residue .Ratios of comprehensive utiliza-tion of mineral resources are improved .
