结合市场需求和医学高职院校特点,合理设置《人身保险概论与实务》课程教学目标,坚持"课证融合",科学安排教学内容,以案例教学法和项目化教学法为主,丰富教学方式,加大实训课程比重,加强校外实践教学,优化教学考核方式,建立专兼职结合的高素质教师队伍,为培养适应社会需求的高素质高技能的应用型保险人才服务。
