一种VTO矫治设定方法在口腔正畸学临床实习中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 目的介绍一种VTO矫治设定方法 ,并检验其在口腔正畸研究生临床实习中的实用性。方法指导2013级正畸研究生20人运用该方法对临床实习中接诊的患者制定矫治方案,将其矫治方案与多年资的正畸医生的矫治方案进行比较。结果比较的结果显示有高度的一致性。结论通过学习运用该种VTO矫治设定方法,能使正畸初学者达到多年资正畸医生的诊断及矫治方案制定水平。 Objective Introduce a new method of VTO-based treatment plan construction, and testify its effectiveness in clinical practice of orthodontic postgraduates. Methods 20 orthodontic postgraduates of 2013 grade were directed to make treatment plan according to this method, which was compared with the protocols of veteran orthodontists. Results High degree of consistency was showed from the comparison. Conclusion Taking good use of this method, orthodontic trainees can reach the diagnostic and treatment plan design level of experienced orthodontists.
