科研流式检测中对照的选择

摘要 以流式单色荧光检测为例介绍了流式细胞术中选择对照的基本原理,分别介绍了阴性对照、同型对照、样品内参、生物比较对照在流式检测中的意义与应用价值,给科研中流式实验的对照选择提供参考。
