阿托伐他汀联合银杏叶片治疗高血脂合并血流变异常的临床观察

Clinical Observation on Atorvastatin Combined With Ginkgo Treatment of Hyperlipidemia Merger Abnormal Blood Rheology

目的观察阿托伐他汀联合银杏叶片治疗高血脂合并血流变异常的临床疗效及安全性。方法选取2012年5月-2014年6月到天津市红桥区双环邨街社区卫生服务中心门诊就诊的高脂血症合并血流变异常的患者共61例,所有患者随机分为治疗组和对照组两组,对照组31例,给予阿托伐他汀钙治疗;治疗组30例,治疗组在对照组的基础上加用银杏叶片口服,疗程为1个月,之后进行疗效评价。结果治疗组患者的血脂及血流变改善均优于对照组。结论阿托伐他汀联合银杏叶片治疗高血脂合并血流变异常疗效确切安全。

Objective To observe atorvastatin combined therapy with ginkgo leaf hyperlipidemia showed abnormal clinical effectiveness and safety of the merger. Methods Selection in May 2012-June 2014 to our hospital clinic on hyperlipidemia combined abnormal hemorrheology of patients with a total of 61 cases, all patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group in two groups, control group in 31 cases, given atorvastatin calcium treatment, Treatment group 30 cases, on the basis of the control group and treatment group with ginkgo leaf oral, course of treatment for a month, then evaluate the curative effect. Results To improve blood lipid and hemorrheology in patients with treatment group were superior to control group. Conclusion Atorvastatin combined therapy with ginkgo leaf hyperlipidemia combined curative effect is abnormal hemorrheology security.
