为满足战时功能,从人防口部洗消污水集水坑设置、排风口设置、防毒通道设置、临战封堵口设置四方面入手,对人防工程在结合民用工程设计中常出现的影响战时功能的问题进行了讨论,并给出了解决办法。

In order to meet the functions in war time, the paper discusses the common problems affecting their functions at war time from the allo- cation of sewage water collection pits at entrance of air-raid shelters, the design of ventilation, the layout of gas defense channel and temporary blocking entrance, and provides some solutions.
