摘要
以某三层混凝土框架结构化工厂房为例,针对厂房结构构件钢筋锈蚀膨胀、混凝土开裂的情况,对其进行了检测鉴定,并评定了其可靠性等级,根据现场检测及结构计算结果,提出了相应的加固设计方案,同时对已有混凝土结构钢筋进行了阻锈处理,指出加固交付使用后,结构性能良好,表明了该加固设计的合理性。
Taking a three stories concrete frame structure chemical plant as an example, according to the plant structure member reinforcement corrosion expansion, concrete cracks situation made detection and identification, assessment of its reliability level, according to the field testing and structure calculation results, proposed corresponding reinforcement design scheme, made rust process to existing reinforced concrete structure, pointed out that after reinforcement delivered for use, had good structural performance, showed that the rationality of this reinforcement design.
