以某三层混凝土框架结构化工厂房为例,针对厂房结构构件钢筋锈蚀膨胀、混凝土开裂的情况,对其进行了检测鉴定,并评定了其可靠性等级,根据现场检测及结构计算结果,提出了相应的加固设计方案,同时对已有混凝土结构钢筋进行了阻锈处理,指出加固交付使用后,结构性能良好,表明了该加固设计的合理性。
