摘要
通过参与设计的某高层住宅项目,分别给出几种地基基础的推荐方案,对钻孔灌注桩、预制管桩和CFG桩在工程特性、经济效益等方面进行比较,指出灌注桩、预制管桩和CFG桩在适用的自然条件、基础结构特点、施工技术、质量保证、施工扰动等方面均存在明显不同,地基基础的设计需根据地质情况、工程投资和工期的需求选择不同的桩型。
According to the design for some high-rise residential program, the paper provides some recommendation schemes of some foundations, compares the bored pile, prefabricated pipe pile, and CFG pile from the engineering features and economic benefits, and points out the three piles have many differences from the applied natural conditions, foundation structure features, construction technique, quality guarantee and con- struction interruption, so different pile types will be neededaccording to the geological circumstances, engineering investment, and construction period in the design for foundation.
