摘要
为了降低无熟料水泥混凝土的早期收缩量,试验研究了不同掺合率膨胀剂对使用粉煤灰、矿渣等工业废弃物无熟料水泥混凝土性能的影响,其结果表明:在水胶比为0.35和0.45时,随着膨胀剂掺合率增加,混凝土流动性有所起伏,但均低于OPC,随着膨胀剂掺合率增加,混凝土的强度得到提高,其中膨胀剂掺合率为5%时28 d抗压强度增进效果比较显著,且使混凝土的收缩率降低到良好的范围内。
In order to reduce early shrinkage non clinker cement concrete, different blending rate of expansion agent on the use of fly ash, slag and other industrial waste properties of non clinker cement concrete test. The result indicates that the water binder ratio of 0.35 and 0.45, with expansion agent addition rate increased, liquidity has ups and downs, but lower than that of OPC. With expansion agent addition rate increased, the strength of concrete is improved, the expansive agent admixture ratio 5% 28 d compressive strength enhancing effect more obvious, and the shrinkage of concrete to reduce the rate of good range.
