摘要
结合企业生产实际需要,研发适用于不同施工土质的系列化耙头,明确系列化耙头的特点和使用范围;利用有限元分析软件对系列化耙头的关键技术进行研究与分析,即耙头内部流场模拟与分析,耙头整体结构强度计算和分析,耙头高压冲水喷嘴性能研究与分析,根据每一项关键技术的分析结果对耙头的性能参数进行优化设计;系列化耙头在不同施工工地均表现出优良的挖掘性能,具有挖掘浓度高,易于操作等诸多优点;系列化耙头针对特定的土质具有较强的适用性。研发过程中总结了耙头设计规范流程,可为相关工作人员提供有益参考。
Research and development on serial drag heads that suitable for different soil textures in construction are conducted according to enterprises′ practical needs of production,aiming to clarify the features and application range of the drag heads.The finite element analysis software is utilized for the research and analysis on the key technologies of serial drag heads.The research and development on drag heads including the simulation and analysis on the internal flow field,the calculation and analysis on the overall structural strength,the performance study and analysis on the high pressure flush nozzle.The final results act as foundation for performance parameter adjustment to optimize drag heads.Those serial drag heads have performed well during excavating in different construction sites,with the advantages in terms of high concentration of excavating,easy accessibility,etc.When it comes to some specific soil textures,the drag heads have strong applicability.The flow of drag head design specification was summarized in the process of research and development,which can provide references for related staff.
