摘要 针对脱硫的工况特点,设计了一种基于PLC的智能化高效烟气脱硫控制系统;该系统通过监控烟气管道中的温度、流量、颗粒浓度等动态拟合出实时二氧化硫的流量,经分析后及时输出控制指令,进而有效的控制脱硫装置的运行状况,提高脱硫效率,降低了成本;系统以西门子PLC作为脱硫装置控制核心,以紫金桥监控软件为上位机组态软件,通过实际的生产运行,系统的脱硫效率达到了96.2%;且该系统具有良好的稳定性和实用性。 According to the condition of desulfurization,an intelligent control system of efficiency flue gas desulfurization based on PLC has been designed.By monitoring the temperature,flow rate,particle concentration of flue gas pipeline,and the system can obtain the dynamic real-time flow of sulfur dioxide.After analysis the timely output,the control instructions would be issued,the operation of device can be effectively controlled,and the desulfurization can be efficiency improved,the cost of the system can be also reduced.The system takes Siemens S7-226PLC as automation control station,and the computer with monitoring software WinCC is used as the upper computer.Through the actual operation,the desulfurization efficiency of the system is about 96.2%,and the system has good stability and practicality.
