摘要
本文从理想的刚一塑性理沦出发,提出了一个计算简单而又考虑了切削区剪切强度变化的限制接触刀具切削的滑移线场模型。实验表明,本模型计算出的理论值同实验结果非常吻合。
Based on tne theory of ideal rigidity-plastidity, a model of slip-line field is constructed which takes the consideration of the variation of the shear strength in the deformation zone in metal cutting with restricted-contact tools. It is shown that the values calculated from this model are in good agreement with the experimental results.
