摘要
利用YAG激光器作为能量源,使用高频响压力传感器,对水、酒精、纯甘油、含碳质量分数分别为1%和5%的甘油混合物进行了烧蚀实验。实验发现,对于水、酒精、纯甘油等,随着激光能量增大,烧蚀产生的压电信号越大,其中黏度较小的水和酒精烧蚀产生的推力大于粘性较大的甘油,且对工质浪费比较严重。对于甘油含碳质量分数越大,得到的压电信号越小,但是溅射会明显减少。
Using a YAG laser as a energy source and a high-frequency response of the pressure sensor, water, alcohol, pure glycerol and a Carbon mass fraction of 1% and 5% glycerol mixture were ablated. It was found that, with the laser energy increases, the larger the piezoelectric signal obtained by the laser ablation for water, alcohol, pure glycerol. For the smaller viscosity of the water and alcohol, the force generated is greater than the high viscosity of glycerol. For glycerol,the greater of the carbon mass fraction, the smaller the piezoelectric signal obtained, but the sputtering would be significantly reduced.
