摘要
该文对草莓采后生理特性进行了分析,设计了一种以红萝卜色素溶液作为p H敏感剂的水果新鲜度智能指示标签,主要由p H敏感剂涂层、p H敏感剂载体和透明基材这三部分组成,在包装使用过程中完全避免了指示剂的安全性、迁移性对水果造成污染的问题。基于指示标签的显色理论,详细分析了在草莓成熟和过熟阶段内指示标签的颜色变化情况。
A kind of fruit freshness indicator label is proposed after the analysis of physiological characteristics of strawberry fruits. pH sensitive agent of this label is red radish pigment.The label consists of three layers:pH sensitive agent,pH sensitive agent carrier and transparent base material.Many pollution problems caused by the indicator label on the fruits can be avoided during storage life if using it.According to the coloration principle,the color change laws of indication label are analyzed at the different maturity periods of strawberry in detail.
