This paper introduces the historical background establishment,the process and the problems of the Galileo’s principle of relativity.And describe the content of the Galileo’s principle of relativity in detail,by the manner which combined the text with mathematic.Introduced the mathematical formulation of the Galileo’s principle of relativity which called the Galilean transformation,and then introduced the Lorenz transform when the Galilean transformation do not applicable.Discusses the conflict between the Galilean transformation and the classical electromagnetic theory,and also discusses some imperfections of the Galileo’s principle of relativity. Besides,analysis the relationship which between the Galileo＆#39;s Principle of Relativity and the Einstein＆#39;s Special Theory of Relativity, expounds its importance in Physics History.
