Nowadays, the society is a knowledge change rapidly development era, only unremittingly to learn in order to keep pace with the times. To cultivate student＇s self-study ability is put forward for the demand of higher education, college physics because of its logic, coherence and integrity have unique advantages in cultivating students self-study ability. In this paper, aiming at existing in students thinking in physics learning problems, expounds several methods and ways of cultivating students＇ self-study ability in physics teaching.
